The Importance of Condominium Inspections
Condominium inspection are both important & relevant to your purchase of a condo. On numerous occasions over the years we have found issues related to; moisture damage (usually from areas above the condo), mold, plumbing, electrical, appliances, safety …..etc. In some case these issues were significant enough, that they would have caused the buyer(s) to receive an unexpected special assessment or an increase in condo fees. Our noninvasive inspections are complete evaluations your condominium, designed to put your mind at rest & to protect you from these unexpected charges or repair costs.
A Typical Condo Inspection will last approximately one & a half hours.
After your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report that includes high resolution photos and detailed information about any visible material defects, detected during the condo inspection.
Post-Inspection Support (phone or email)
Whatever the issue, we will provide as much Post-Inspection Support as we can, whether it be answering questions that arise after the inspection, supplying information by phone/emails/videos for suggested maintenance/repairs, and more.
